when I tried to print the Scholarship document coversheet for a student it came out as the SEAS coversheet. Is this something I am doing wrong please?
Dear Elizabeth
When you open the browser does the correct cover sheet appear? It could be that the correct cover sheet is queued up in your printer. If you try this again and it doesn’t work please contact customer service on 1300 364 133.

All seems to be ok today. Thank you Adrian.
I have a query re exited students that are still on the list of students on VTAC. Is there something else I need to do on VASS to remove them from the VTAC site?
Hi Jan, CourseLink is aligned with VASS. If a student needs to be removed from CourseLink, this needs to go through VASS. Once that change has been made, it will filter across to CourseLink. If you believe the students have been removed from VASS but are still appearing on CourseLink, send an email through to the Schools Liaison team and we can look into it.
For the scholarship application, does FTB-A count as receiving centrelink support payments
Hi RF,
We do accept evidence of FTB-A, and then it’s up to each individual institution whether or not FTB-A is accepted for a particular scholarship.

I was just wondering within Courselink and selecting the course preferences of the individual student, under Prerequisite Met, I have 2 students showing F for all their courses and one with a P. Could there be some understanding to these letters, please? I may have missed some part of the information given out. Thanks.
Hi Andrew,
These indicators were visible briefly on CourseLink as part of the preparation for early offers (which are not available to current Year 12 students). The indicators have now been removed.

Are there any plans for a VTAC information session for GEELONG? We are a large region with students coming from as far away as Lorne – it is difficult to get to Melbourne, Werribee and Ballarat.
Hi Karen, VTAC offers a range of dates for regional and metro information sessions, these are organised by schools and institutions. We didn’t receive any requests from Geelong or Lorne for an info session this year. If your school would like to host an information session, please let us know when the expression of interest blog is circulated in March next year.
At our Shepparton regional presentation it was stated that VTAC would be producing/publishing examples of ‘statements of support’ to assist medical practitioners and others – purely examples that would show what a statement ought to address. Is this still the intention?
Hi Graeme,
We do not supply example statements as these can be prone to abuse. The document referred to at the briefing is our information sheet “Providing a statement of support”: http://vtac.edu.au/pdf/publications/factsheets/Providing_a_supporting_statement.pdf (you can also find the link from the Publications section of the website).

Hi VTAC – your link to an ’email contact form’ is broken and I am unsure how to best contact VTAC about potential advertising in your publications (the magazine or the ABC of applying). Thanks
Hi Steph,
Thanks for letting us know about the broken link, now fixed. If you have an advertising query, best to email GetInvolved@vtac.edu.au directly.

VTAC
great thanks for the quick reply 🙂
Hello, I was wandering when the mid year university applications (entry for semester two) will open? Thank you so much 🙂
Hi, I have a student who registered yesterday and is coming up with a yes in the ‘offered’ column today. Also, her 2018 Unit 3 and 4 subjects are not showing up on her profile. When do they come through?
Thanks
Hi Jodie,
The column headings are showing up out of alignment – so the ‘yes’ in the ‘offered’ column is actually the ‘paid’ column. Apologies for the confusion, this issue will be fixed shortly.
Past studies will normally show up a few days after a course application is submitted.

VTAC
Hello,
Can two Approved Higher Education studies be used as increments to the ATAR?
