A printed ATAR statement is automatically sent to all current year 12 VCE applicants who are applying for courses through VTAC and have paid the VTAC application fee by 5pm, Monday 9 December. The statement will be sent to the mailing address listed on the VTAC account at this time. Students who have recently moved are advised to check the address listed on their VTAC account (‘Personal Details’ tab) prior to 5pm Monday.
Students who do not wish to receive a printed statement can opt out of receiving a hard copy by using the link in their VTAC account prior to 5pm Monday.
Payment status of students at your school is visible in realtime via VTAC CourseLink. Use the ‘Student details’ report to sort students by payment status.
Students who miss this payment deadline will not receive a printed ATAR statement, but can pay the application fee later to be considered for various offer rounds. See the Dates and Fees page for deadlines for each offer round.
