CourseLink available; static files for preferences report

CourseLink is now available as previously advised. Please pay particular attention to the terms and conditions highlighted at login.

Note: during the peak results release period, the all students course preferences PDF download will be a snapshot from within the last few hours rather than generated in real-time. The date and time of the snapshot are printed on each page – be aware that it is possible some students have changed preferences since the snapshot was generated. This temporary measure is to avoid server slowdown from generating many real-time files while this report is in high demand.

Individual student PDFs, downloaded from the Student Details screen, are still available in real-time.

Note for IB schools: If your school has both VCE and IB students, you will need to select the VCE-only school name in CourseLink prior to downloading the report. The combined download of VCE and IB students is not available at this time. (i.e. do not select “all students” or the “(IB)” option).

  1. The site has an error and is not allowing me to access. Is this just me or a system thing?

So sorry to keep bothering you! I want to get this info so I can get it to Principal.

    Thanks Mel
