  1. Hi,

    Just letting you know I have tried several times last week and this week to complete your survey; however, it is continually freezing. I don’t think it is our network as I am not experiencing any issues with other programs.

    We did want to give feedback about 3 areas;

    1. SEAS – it wasn’t clear or intuitive to request the statement of support. Many of our students couldn’t find this link

    2. Payment – we had several students who had thought they had paid and hadn’t. When we chased these up and they contacted VTAC they didn’t have to pay the late fee – so was this a glitch? Other students forgot because it was a different tab if they didn’t have a credit card when they were applying.

    3. The VTAC slide show that Career Advisors were given was a lot of writing but not screen shots or a video showing students each step of the application process. It would have been beneficial to have a step by step video. Although most students could manage their way through it some were overwhelmed with the steps and a video explaining each step would be great.

    I hope these comments get added to the survey feedback.

    Many Thanks,
