Similar CourseSearch keywords – call for submissions

When using CourseSearch, sometimes similar courses are described by institutions using different words. For example, a student searching for “exercise science” may not see a relevant course because it is described as “human movement”, or a student searching for “paramedicine” should also see courses described as “paramedics”. This is a usability issue identified in the recent CourseSearch review.

VTAC is collecting pairs of similar search terms from schools and institutions with the view to including these as part of the CourseSearch logic in future. If you wish to contribute any terms, please use the form here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CNSVJPP

If you wish to submit more than one pair of search terms, you can resubmit the form as many times as you like.
