Change of preference prior to Round 2 offers will close at 4pm on Tuesday 31 January. Applicants will be considered for any courses listed as a higher preference than an offer they have already received.
If you have any students who made a course application but did not pay the application fee, they can pay the late payment fee ($50) to be considered in future offer rounds. Payment before the above change of preference deadline will allow them to be considered for Round 2 offers; payments made after this time will enable consideration from Round 3 onwards.
To identify any students in this situation, use the Students screen on CourseLink. Click on the column headings to sort the list by “Applied for Courses” and then sort by “Paid” to identify students who have listed at least one preference but not paid the application fee.
Note: late payment for later rounds is only available to applicants who had lodged a course application by the deadline. It is not possible to begin a new application at this point.
