This is very useful for Change of Preference time. Careers teachers can have a hard copy for counselling in case we can not get onto the VTAC site (due to high traffic). I would recommend a couple of things however;
1. That the student’s VTAC number is on their individual printable page (currently it is the VCAA number listed) and
2. That the student’s mobile number is also on their individual printable page. That way we can quickly find information and contact students who really should come into school for COP counselling & advice.

Is it also possible to download into excel as well as word?

You can download into Excel by using the “Download” button on the main Students page (not from the report page).

Many thanks for this – I always think I will remember how but usually need a reminder.
I think the phone field is populated from the ‘home phone’ – could this be updated to the ‘mobile’? (most likely a fix for 2016).
